Faith

Faith is the key to a successful Christian life. The Bible tells us that we are saved by faith (Eph. 2:8), that as Christian’s we are to walk by faith and not by sight (2 Cor. 5:7). Furthermore, the Scriptures also declare that it is our faith that pleases God (Heb. 11:6). As followers of Christ, living in a fallen world we are told in the book of 1 John that it is by our faith that we overcome this world (1 John 5:4). In our suffering, we hold on to the truth that God is working to try and perfect our faith (1 Peter 1:6-7). And Jesus told us that when He returns for His Church, He will be looking for faith on this earth (Luke 18:8).
